Assotech Realty Pvt Ltd was founded in the year 2002. It made its debut with two highly acclaimed mixed-use, retail cum office complexes - called Tradex Tower I and Tradex Tower II respectively, in the high street area of the then newly established city of Greater Noida, within Delhi NCR. 

After the initial success, these projects were soon followed by a series of well-designed and well-executed housing, retail, offices and information-technology-park projects. Thus, generating tremendous goodwill and thousands of satisfied buyers along the way.

Since then, Assotech Realty has continued to make confident strides towards a leadership position in New Delhi and  Delhi NCR Real Estate scenario and is admired for its innovativeness, quality and commitment to the end-users. After several successful deliveries, the company has expanded its operations and has entered the Maldives with some premium residential and hospitality projects in the offing through its SPV Sandal Mauritius Pvt. Ltd.
